Is the app really free?
Yes. The app itself is free. Caregiver hours are paid separately to the caregiver (average $28/hour). The optional AI monitoring hardware kit is a one-time $599 purchase.
What devices does it work on?
The app works on any iPhone running iOS 16+ and any Android running Android 12+. The optional camera hardware (Tapo C113 + Jetson) ships via Amazon Prime anywhere in the US.
Does it work outside California?
Yes. The platform connects to caregivers nationwide. Our roll-up target is California agencies, but the app works wherever you live in the US.
Can I invite my siblings?
Yes — the family village feature lets you share view access with anyone you want. Great for split-caregiving households.
Is my parent's data private?
Yes. Camera footage is processed on-device via AI and only events are sent to the cloud (no raw footage). The daily care report is text-only. Bathrooms are explicitly excluded from monitoring.
